FOUNDER & EXPEDITION LEADER
A clinician in practice since 2008, Dr. Ryan McNally has spent nearly two decades scouting the frontiers of health—from serving as Chief Medical Officer at Bastyr University to clinical research at the Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center and global initiatives with the World Food Programme. While he maintains a clinical role at UCI Health and helps lead the integrative medicine fellowship at the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute (SSIHI), his primary mission is democratizing longevity medicine for the population at large. As the founder of Expedition Healthspan, he serves as the expedition leader within an immersive longevity universe, utilizing advanced technology and real-world wearable data to translate complex research into an actionable journey for the modern explorer.
Why the jellyfish? You’re looking at a representation of the only known 'immortal' organism, Turritopsis dohrnii. By reverting its cells to a youthful state, it defies the standard rules of aging—the exact biological blueprint we are scouting on this expedition.
